- 30-year architectural shingles
- A set of 60” LP rot-resistant double doors on a full-length piano hinge
- A pair of gable vents
- One level of concrete leveling blocks
With the addition of an optional loft, this shed will maximize storage capacity. Customize this shed with a dormer with windows, a ramp, windows, a cupola, etc. This shed can be upgraded to HardiePlank (Cedarmill) siding. This shed can also be upgraded to a hip roof, but only for certain sizes. The Premium Statesman is available in sizes 8′ x 8′ up to 16′ x 24′.
